This blog is basically here to motivate and help you. I will re-blogging A LOT of motivating posts PLUS some awesome exercises and healthy foods I sometimes run into on my dash! Along the way, I will also be sharing my journey to losing weight myself, from my current weight to my ultimate goal weight. Feel free to ask me anything! Although, I will say ahead of time that I am no Doctor nor a nutritionist so everything I say should be taken lightly. IF ever I offer you to try a workout, please please check with your Doctor first! Not every exercise if for everyone and I certainly do not want you to get hurt!
